Orders placed by internet or by phone before 12 pm EST, can usually be shipped the same business day. Domestic shipping via UPS and handling charges are usually calculated by weight and size. In stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends/holidays).
Due to size and weight, some of our merchandise may have a Fixed Shipping charge. These items usually ship within 7 to 10 business days and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Shipping water-based coatings during the winter is problematic for customers outside of warmer states. Water-based coatings are damaged by freezing. UPS does not protect shipments from freezing in transit, and special packing has limited effect.
If weather conditions exist between our point of shipment and your point of delivery that may result in freezing and the resulting damage to the products, it is your decision whether to ship the products or not. There are some things we can do to help lessen the risk of damage, and we are pleased to do them. However, the risk of damage under these circumstances is solely yours.
What we can do:
- Ask us to ship early in the week so that your order will not sit in a truck over the weekend. This may delay your shipment if you order during the latter part of the week.
- Give us a delivery address where someone will always be present so the shipment will not sit in the cold after the driver releases it. (This is where paint is most likely to freeze.)
- Expedite the delivery with Signature Required. There is an extra charge for this.
Some items are direct shipped to you from the manufacturer. Direct shipping may required additional delivery time, and express delivery is not available on direct ship items. Direct shipped items are charged to your credit card upon release of the order to the manufacturer.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We must have a street address for your shipping address.

Unless you request it, we will wait to ship your order until all items are available for shipment. In this case, you will incur only one shipping and handling charge for the whole shipment.
If you request that each item be shipped when it is available, you may incur additional shipping and handling costs for each shipment.

Approximate delivery time from date of shipping by UPS Ground: 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping. Next Day Air means delivery will take place the next business day after the order is shipped & 2nd Day Air means the second business day.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
